High-purity neodymium metal is refined through vacuum reduction or distillation. Each batch is carefully tested using GDMS, ICP-MS, and ONH analysis to confirm purity and control trace impurities before processing.

Neodymium ingots are forged, rolled, and machined into solid rods. When producing wire, the rods are drawn through multiple passes of fine dies to reach the desired diameter with precise tolerances.

Rods are heat-treated to relieve internal stress and improve structural stability. For wire production, annealing is performed between drawing steps to restore flexibility and maintain even mechanical strength.

Rods and wires are polished to achieve a clean, smooth, and oxide-free surface. Optional precision machining and grinding can be applied when tighter dimensional control is required.

Every batch is inspected for accurate dimensions, smooth edges, and surface quality. Approved materials are ultrasonically cleaned to remove dust, oil, and other contaminants.

All finished products are vacuum-sealed in moisture-proof packaging and placed in shock-resistant cartons. Each shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and complete documentation for traceability and quality assurance.
