High-purity terbium ingots are refined using vacuum induction melting (VIM) or electron beam melting (EBM) to remove impurities and ensure a uniform chemical composition. Each batch is tested with GDMS, ICP-MS, and ONH analysis to verify purity and precisely control trace elements before processing.

The refined terbium ingots are hot-forged and rolled into dense billets to improve grain structure and mechanical stability. These billets are then shaped into solid rods with accurate dimensions and smooth surfaces. For wire production, the rods are drawn through multiple precision dies to reach the required diameter and maintain tight dimensional accuracy.

Rods are carefully heat-treated to relieve internal stress and stabilize the microstructure. Controlled annealing restores ductility and ensures uniform strength and flexibility during later use.

Each rod or wire is polished and cleaned to create a bright, smooth, and oxide-free surface. When tighter tolerances are needed, fine grinding or CNC precision machining is applied to achieve the required finish.

Every batch of terbium products is carefully inspected for dimensional accuracy, straightness, and surface quality. After inspection, each rod is ultrasonically cleaned to remove oil, dust, and other particles, ensuring full readiness for vacuum, coating, and alloying applications.

All finished products are vacuum-sealed in moisture-proof packaging and placed in shock-resistant cartons. Each shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and complete documentation for traceability and quality assurance.
