High-purity yttrium ingots are refined by vacuum induction melting (VIM) or electron beam melting (EBM) to remove impurities and ensure uniform quality. Each batch is tested by GDMS, ICP-MS, and ONH to confirm purity and consistency.

Yttrium ingots are hot-forged and rolled into solid rods with high density and fine grain structure. For wire production, the rods are drawn through precision dies to reach accurate diameters.

After forming, the rods undergo a heat treatment process to relieve internal stresses generated during forging and rolling. This annealing stage stabilizes the microstructure, improves mechanical strength, and ensures uniform properties throughout the rod, making it suitable for machining and high-temperature applications.

Each rod or wire is polished and cleaned to create a bright, smooth, and oxide-free surface. When tighter tolerances are needed, fine grinding or CNC precision machining is applied to achieve the required finish.

Every batch is checked for accuracy, straightness, and surface quality. They are ultrasonically cleaned to remove oil and particles, ready for use in vacuum, coating, or alloying applications.

All finished products are vacuum-sealed in moisture-proof packaging and placed in shock-resistant cartons. Each shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and complete documentation for traceability and quality assurance.
